Management Team

The management team is currently comprised of the two founders – Erin Seabold and Kathy Leeman.

Erin Seabold – President & CEO

Erin, the mother of 3 boys, is the current owner and founder of Boutique for the Soul, an organization that supports and connects women in business through facilitating events in a woman’s home and/or a women-owned business. Boutique for the Soul is an advocate and educator for women, constantly finding ways for small business owners to grow their businesses through a grass roots marketing strategy. Boutique for the Soul has successfully operated in Colorado for two years and has over 1250 businesses that it has assisted in growth and knowledge. Erin has had over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with an emphasis in marketing and sales strategy.

Kathy Leeman – Chief Marketing & Operations Officer

Kathy is a dynamic Marketing & Communications leader with a 10-year portfolio of success boosting corporate bottom lines with thorough and dedicated management and ability to oversee all aspects of marketing strategies and project leadership. She has been instrumental in launching marketing initiatives and operations, establishing internal & external communications’ strategies, and training high-performance sales personnel.  She was one of the founding managers of Citi’s Women & Co., a division dedicated to promoting women’s financial confidence as they move into leadership roles.

In addition, we currently have an Advisory Board of some of the most well-known and connected women in business, as well as other young  women who are movers and shakers in the Denver Metro area.   We are also currently working with notable women leaders and icons in Denver as mentors.  Our current operational resources include discounted or in-kind services such as legal, financial, PR, Marketing, and business consulting. Our goal is to bring some of these Advisors and Resources on as team members in Year 2 as we branch out nationally.
